The researchers examined the effects of remembering past exercise experience on college students’ subsequent exercise intentions and behaviors. Researchers asked about 150 students to recall either a positive or negative memory that would increase their p90X3 workouts motivation to exercise; other students were not asked to recall a motivational memory (the control group). The researchers then surveyed the students one week later to see if they reported an increase in exercise. Positive memories of exercise spur future workouts
— On Wednesday, March 19th 2014, Hendry County Emergency Management, incooperation with Southwest Florida Safety Consulting, Inc., will be conducting a liveevacuation exercise of the School Board, Judicial, and Administrative buildings in theHendry County Courthouse Complex, 25E Hickpochee Avenue, LaBelle, Florida. Theexercise is in response to a test of the written evacuation plan. In the event of anemergency that would require the evacuation of the building(s) for the safety of theemployees and public, the written plan gives direction on how to accomplish the task. Emergency Management has made news outlets and other agencies aware of the eventand the fact that it is an Exercise drill and not an actual event or real emergency.
